All Australian Natural Drinks Co. products are proudly formulated and bottled right here in Australia, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to support our farmers and ensure peak freshness.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes, we pride ourselves on using zero artificial colors, flavors, or synthetic preservatives. Our drinks are sweetened with natural extracts and contain real fruit juices and botanicals.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metro areas and 7-10 business days for regional locations. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Do you offer subscription options?
We certainly do! You can choose to have your favorite drinks delivered every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Subscribers save 15% on every recurring order and can cancel at any time.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Sustainability is core to our mission. All of our glass bottles and aluminum cans are 100% recyclable. We encourage our customers to use local recycling programs or 10c container deposit schemes.
